ORGANIZED NOISE was a radio show on 91.9
KCSB-FM from 2019-2020, named after the seminal Source
record.
DJ Kristyn & I, DJ Lo (pictured at right & below) played
the finest cuts from artists known & unknown
across the realms of underground sound.
It was a playground of sonic freedom & joy both for us as
programmers, as well as for the radio audience of Santa Barbara.
We changed lives & commutes every Tuesday afternoon for two
hours, during which nothing mattered except
Black Flag, Delia Derbyshire, Tom Dissevelt, Suicide, and X.
Then the world shut down, and with it went the first incarnation
of the show.
Now, in 2025, I am reviving ORGANIZED NOISE
like a digital phoenix.
You can find the new incarnation streaming live through our
friends at Bad
Radio
Thursdays at 10 A.M. CST.
(That's 8 A.M. for you California heads & 11 A.M. for
the Michiganders...)
